Although Austin was a little bit late I appreciated the message letting me know why and how long he would be. I actually booked my appointment with Daniel and was shocked to be hearing from someone named Austin. The only way the service I re received could have been improved would be a courtesy phone call to say Daniel wasn’t available and would I be ok with someone else... Still over the moon with Austin’s work however.
