For a standard service that is completed about every year (or 15,000km) after your warranty period has lapsed, we will complete the following:
An under-bonnet check and fluids top-up.
A check of the cooling and charging systems.
Change of engine oil and filter.
A brake and safety inspection.
A full inspection of the vehicle will be completed to make sure that no other parts need extra attention. It is recommended that if you feel that there’s something that needs to be looked at (e.g. you have heard a squealing sound coming from the tyres during braking), it is best to mention it to us at the time of booking. When we book in cars for a service, we do allow some extra time to complete the job. This is so if there is anything found during the safety check that needs to be sorted, we’ll have time to fix it. However, we will ask first before completing any work that the car was not scheduled for.
